Gioielli Argento is not responsible for any delays in delivery, theft or damage caused by Poste Italiane, the couriers used, or third parties (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185)

Risks, shipping costs and customs duties (these only for non-EU countries) are always borne by the recipient.

In case of theft or loss of the shipment, the order will not be refunded. If you have doubts about the possibility that this could happen, choose insured shipping.

Shipping insurance covers the value of the goods up to €258.00.

COURIERS

We have only chosen couriers and types of shipping that always guarantee high reliability and quality of the delivery service.
Our shipments arrive on time and in perfect condition in 99.9% of cases.
Among all, the service provided by DHL offers high reliability.
We recommend that you always use them in the case of deliveries that cannot be delayed in any way.

SHIPMENT

The shipping and delivery service is active from MONDAY to FRIDAY. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Orders received by 11.00 am are processed and shipped the same day. After this time, all orders will be shipped the next business day.
Orders are always shipped after payment, except for cash on delivery. In case of payment by bank transfer and cash with Postepay top-up, we will have to verify that the credit has been received before proceeding with the processing and shipping of the order.
Campione D’Italia is not reached by the DHL service.
All orders starting from €80.00 and shipped to Italy can benefit from free shipping,
Gioielli Argento reserves the right to change the type of shipping based on the type of items purchased and their destination.

DELIVERY

Gioielli Argento is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the order caused by couriers or unforeseeable events (weather events, strikes, exceptional events,..). Purchase your item in time and ensure an unforeseen delivery.
It is not possible to know what time the courier will deliver your package. Please provide a delivery address where someone is always present, and provide precise information in case of opening and/or closing times (shops, offices).
With FERMOPOINT is possible to make deliveries by Fermo Posta to the Fermopoint store indicated by you or closest to your shipping address. Useful when you are not always present for delivery, discreet and safe.

FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Delivery times do not include the times required to complete customs formalities (non-EU countries).
For some locations, times may vary. Purchase your items a few days in advance.
The cost of shipping varies based on its weight and destination.
