Goods exchange
To initiate the process of exchange of merchandise, proceed as follows:
- Send an e-mail to: servizioclienti@gioielliargento.eu with the subject phrase: Request for goods exchange;
- Describe the problem in the email (goods not in conformity with the order, wrong size, etc.);
- Specify the item to be changed and the item to be replaced by providing the name of the product and product code. All these data are presented on the consignment note;
- Wait for the Exchange Acceptance mail from GIOIELLI ARGENTO (hereafter referred to as GA);
- Return the products that you want to change, taking care to prepare the parcel by inserting it in a suitable box or in a padded envelope, to be sent to “GA – ARYA di Cecchini S. – Piazza Riconoscenza 7a – 21047 Saronno (Va);
Terms and Conditions
- The replacement goods will be sent only after receiving the products you want to change;
- For the delivery of the goods in return, the Fermopoint standard shipping will be used, except the Customer chooses another shipment by paying the price difference.
- The charge of returning items and the shipping of the new item are always charged to the customer except in cases where there has been an error in the shipment of goods by GIOIELLI ARGENTO (hereinafter referred to as GA).;
- The items must be returned by traceable package;
- The shipping costs of the replacement item to the customer items are charged by the Customer, except in cases where there is an error in sending the goods or a defect in the posted item;
- Goods exchange must be done with one or more items of equal or greater value to the article to be changed. Any price difference will be charged with Paypal, Bonus or Postepay reload;
- Exchange right can only be exercised free of charge once. In the event of a change after the first, the costs of referral shall be entirely borne by the customer;
- Under no circumstances will be accepted change of worn, dirty and/or damaged merchandise, albeit partially, and customized goods, unless it is possible to restore the item to its original condition. The cost for the restoration will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed; The exchange demand and the goods should be sent within 14 calendar days of receipt of the same, with the exception of the items purchased in December and during the Christmas promotions where there is the possibility to make free exchanges, in the manner described above, up to January 10 of the following year;
- The exchange of goods is allowed only within the European Community.
