1 – General Conditions
These General Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as Terms apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the website www.GioielliArgento.eu, hereinafter referred to as the Website in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer code, Leg. n. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. n. 21/2014 and the Leg. 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce.
These Terms are valid only between Gioielli Argento – AryA di Sabrina Cecchini located in Saronno – Via Trento 47 (Va), VA-REA 1370021, VAT 03089940120, hereinafter referred to as GioielliArgento and any person, physical or legal, who make online purchases on the website www.GioielliArgento.eu hereinafter “Customer”.
Purchases are exclusively reserved for customers over the age of 18. By accepting the Terms and Sales Declarations and clicking on PLACE ORDER, the Customer declares to have the required requisites.
These conditions can be changed at any time without notice, and the date of publication of the same on the website is equivalent to the date of entry into force.
The consumer who accesses the website is required to read these General Terms and Conditions which are considered generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase. These Conditions shall be made available on the Website and will be available at any time by the Customer to enable the reproduction and storage of the same.
These Terms apply both to purchases in the Italian version of the Website that in the English version.
2 – Subject of the contract
With these general conditions of sale, GioielliArgento sells tangible movable property and any additional services indicated, hereinafter referred to products offered for sale on the site www.GioielliArgento.eu that Customer purchases by distance. The contract concludes exclusively through the internet, through the Client’s access to the address www.GioielliArgento.eu and implementation of a purchase order in the manner provided by the site itself.

4 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending of an e-mail confirmation of the order, from GioielliArgento to the Customer.

Nevertheless, some may result from errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product.

The order amount will be charged at the time the order is acquired.
In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Payment by PayPal speeds up delivery time of the order, because the transaction is verified instantly and the order is processed immediately.
Satispay
Satispay is a fast and secure payment system. Just enter your phone number.
Once you have selected this payment method and clicked on PLACE ORDER, open the Satispay app and confirm the payment request received.
The amount will be debited directly to your account.
In case of withdrawal or cancellation, the amount will be reimbursed directly to the account used.
The payment with Satispay speeds up the shipping time of the order, as the transaction is verified instantly and the order is processed immediately.
Bank transfer
Choosing the bank transfer as payment method, the Customer must make the Wire Transfer within 24 hours from the time of order.
The bank details to make the payment will be contained in the order confirmation email. If the customer has not received the email, you will have to check in your spam box or contact Customer Service to see if the entered email address is correct and to request a new sending of the e-mail order confirmation.
The crediting of the bank transfer takes about 2 working days. The products will be shipped only after it will be credited.

9 – Shipping and delivery
The shipping charges of the products shall be borne by the buyer and are shown explicitly at the time of order.
GioielliArgento ships to Italy and abroad. By entering your details in the shopping cart, you can check at any time if your area is served by the freight forwarding and its shopping service. GioielliArgento not ship at companies providing domiciliary services.
The Products purchased on the Website will be shipped and delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure into the “Shipping Address” field.
All purchases will be delivered by courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays. GioielliArgento is not responsible for unforeseen delays or not attributable to it.
Once shipped the products, the Customer will receive a confirmation email in which will include a link to reference for tracking the shipment. We will be indicated in the estimated delivery date e-mail based on the delivery method chosen by the customer or established by GioielliArgento in the case of free shipping or free change.

If delivery can not take place for reasons not attributable to GioielliArgento, after 15 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, GioielliArgento assume that you intend to terminate the contract.

10 – Transfer of risk

11 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in the following paragraphs.
To exercise this right, the Customer will have to do the following actions:

- Specifying the items to be returned providing the Product Code, which you can find in the copy of the order received by e-mail;
- Return the products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of the communication. The goods must be returned to: GioielliArgento – Via Trento 47-21047 Saronno (Va) taking care to prepare the package by inserting it in a suitable box or a padded envelope and using a registered shipping;
- In no event can expect accept returns of worn goods, soiled and/or damaged, albeit partially.
The Right of Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of return only on a part of the product;
- The law does not apply to products created or modified specifically for the customer;
- The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- To limit damage to the original package, we recommend to put it in another box or padded envelope;
- Should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product;
- The shipping costs for returning the goods are always borne by the customer, except for mistake in sending the goods or a defect in the article sent;
- The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered shipping;
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for customers with VAT;
If the goods are damaged during transport GioielliArgento will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their seats), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier and obtain refund of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return and canceling the request for Return Policy.
GioielliArgento does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the venue, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, GioielliArgento will deduct from the refund due to a percentage not exceeding 10% of the same, for the repair costs.

13 – Errors and Limitations of Liability

In case of shipment insurance, to obtain a refund of the insured, the customer must apply directly to the courier in charge of the expedition.
