Only for purchases made in December, the changeover time is extended to January 14 of the following year. Procedure:
- send an e-mail to servizioclienti@gioielliargento.eu asking to change the article. Always indicate the order number and the article code;
- Indicate the article or size with which you want to exchange your article. For any help, always call Customer Service who will be able to advise you in the right way;
- Send us the item to change;
- Indicate the shipment to use for the new shipment;
- Receive via email the link for the payment of the shipment and any price difference due to the change of the item;
- Make the payment;
- Receive the new replacement item.
For shipping you can:
- choose our Return Fermopoint service (you can find details in the FAQ) at the price of only € 4.90 (valid only for Italy);

For non-EU countries, due to the high customs charges, the exchange is allowed only in the event of an error in sending the purchased item.
However, send us an e-mail, within 5 days of receiving the goods, to report the problem encountered and we will do our best to find a solution.
It really is that simple. Follow our directions:
- buy a padded envelope in size C or D, depending on the size of the package. They are available in stationery or in Buffetti centers;
- insert the jewel in its original box and then inside the padded envelope;
- close the envelope with its flap and secure the side of the closure with adhesive tape.
Your package is ready for shipment.
This verification serves to ascertain:
- that the item is in perfect condition;
- that it has not been used;
- that it has not been soiled (especially for articles in silk and fabrics);
- that has not been damaged, either by the Customer or during transport.
We remind you that in no case returns of items made or modified to measure are accepted.

The refund will be made in the following ways:
